In some cases, when cancellations are voluntary, the client will be responsible for paying possible management fees. <\/li><li>Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion date (2 days before): 75% of the total amount will be charged.<\/li><li>Cancellations on the same day of the excursion: 100% of the total will be charged.<\/li><li>If weather conditions prevent us from carrying out the excursion, you will be entitled to a refund of the reservation amount, but no claim can be made for this reason.<\/li><\/ul><p>We always pay attention to any possible alerts issued by maritime authorities.<\/p><p>Cloudy weather or rain is not considered adverse weather
